Pls be advised there are some brand-new staff at the front desk, so when calling to book free court time (only call 24 hrs. beforehand), make sure to identify yourself & your group names as Full Summer members entitled to that free time or discounted court time, since the person answering the phone may not know you or surmise that you’re booking free time; otherwise, it may result in billing you and issuing refunds is a complication to be avoided.
